The Spire School takes a community of allies approach to support our students in and out of school. Community of allies is an intervention method tailored to each individual student and focuses on the multiple systems-of-care involved with the adolescent. The communication among these systems and/or providers enhances the overall services the student receives. Therefore, Spire’s staff attempts to generate a “community of allies” who effectively collaborate in an effort to provide comprehensive support of the student. Our community of allies is comprised of parents, teachers, counselors, psychologists, and psychiatrists, and other important adults in the student’s life.
